NewImprovedFixedRuntime 0.1.15Runtime · Web

One AI choice for everything

Choosing which AI does your work used to be spread over several screens. Now it is one choice.

  • Pick one AI. In Runtime → Settings, or in Aproow under Settings → AI & Projects, choose Claude Code, Codex, or Codex with your own OpenAI key. It fixes code, writes plans and turns Trello cards into tasks.
  • The same everywhere. Change it in the Runtime app or on the web and the other one follows within seconds. The choice is yours alone; teammates pick their own.
  • Save money if you want. One checkbox sends plans and Trello tasks to a cheaper model with your own API key. Your chosen AI still writes the code.
  • Ready or not, with the real reason. Each option shows whether it can run right now. If it cannot, you see the agent's own explanation instead of a guess.
  • Fix with AI is one click. No more menu to get through.
  • A place to start. A new workspace now shows four steps on the Command Centre, with one button for the next thing to do.

Fixed

  • "Auto" could pick an agent that was signed in but unable to run. Auto is gone: the choice is always explicit.
  • A saved OpenAI key no longer overrides your Codex sign-in unless you chose that option.
  • The Fix with AI menu rendered as loose text in the Development task list.
  • Long folder paths squeezed their label into one letter per line in Runtime job details.

API keys and agent sign-ins are still entered only in the Runtime app on your computer.

ImprovedFixedRuntime 0.1.14Runtime

Cheaper and more reliable AI plans in the Runtime

Plans and Trello tasks made with your own AI provider now cost less and fail less often.

  • Lower cost. Runtime now sends the parts of your code that mention the task instead of the beginning of large files, and asks the model for a compact answer. A typical plan request is about half the size it was.
  • Better context. Files are chosen by the words of the task itself, so the model sees the code the task is about.

Fixed

  • A long answer that ran into the model's length limit was reported as "not valid JSON". Runtime now keeps the plan when its key parts arrived, and otherwise says plainly that the answer did not fit.
  • The error card no longer tells you to check your key and project folder when they are fine.
NewImprovedWeb · Integrations

Development section and a new Integrations board

Two parts of Aproow were rebuilt around how work actually moves.

Integrations is now a board of groups. Every Trello card lands in the first group. Sort cards into your own groups, then press Process to send one card to the Aproows board, or use a group's "…" menu to send them all. Sorting never changes Trello.

  • Owners and Admins can open the board. They can also make a teammate an Integration Manager in Settings → Integrations.
  • Aproow no longer creates Trello cards. Work flows one way, from Trello into Aproow.

Pipeline is now Development. It opens on My tasks: everything assigned to you on the Aproows board, each with Fix with AI.

  • A superprompt is a detailed plan for one task that you can hand to any AI coding tool. Create it per task, or switch on Write superprompts automatically. You always approve the plan first.
  • Pipelines moved to a tab. Creating one is now four short steps, with a checklist that says exactly what is missing before you run.
  • The Aproows board is for triage, so Fix with AI and the Plan tab now live in Development.

Old Pipeline links still open the right page.

NewWeb

Public Changelog and Roadmap

Changelog and Roadmap are now regular public pages on the Aproow website, available without signing in.

  • Changelog lists what shipped, newest first. Filter by type or search, and copy a link to any single entry at aproow.com/changelog.
  • Roadmap shows what we are working on now, what comes next, and what is planned for later at aproow.com/roadmap.

A dot next to Changelog in the account menu tells you there is something you have not read yet.

NewFixedRuntime 0.1.6Runtime · MCP

Local Plan and Trello execution in the Runtime

The Local Runtime can now run a Plan and process Trello work on your own machine, so repository access stays in your environment.

Fixed

  • Runtime signing is trusted correctly by both development and production APIs.
  • A Protected Plan is admitted to the Runtime reliably.
  • Publishing skips MCP versions that are already released, and client releases can be retried.
ImprovedFixedWeb · Extension

Dark theme across the web app

Dark theme now covers the web app more consistently, including the isolated screenshot and video review panels.

Switch between System, Light and Dark from the account menu. Your choice is remembered on reload.

FixedRuntime

More reliable Runtime updates on macOS

  • Signed updates finish on slower connections instead of timing out.
  • The macOS updater archive is packaged correctly, and the Runtime service recovers if it exits.
  • Local credentials are refreshed without pairing again.
  • The menu bar popover scrolls properly and opens the main window.
NewRuntime 0.1.1Runtime · Web

Local Runtime

The Local Runtime is a small desktop app that runs Aproow work in an isolated environment on your machine.

Download it from Settings → Runtime. When a download is not available for your platform, the page now says why.

NewFixedIntegrations · Web

Trello integration

Connect a Trello account and choose one board for each Aproow Project in Settings → Integrations. Cards from that board appear in the Integrations inbox.

Trello processing can run in GitHub Actions in your own repository.

Fixed

  • Bring-your-own-key connection checks no longer fail on OpenAI request parameters or token headroom.

ImprovedWeb · Extension

Redesigned workspace

The web app and the extension's capture review were rebuilt on one monochrome design system.

  • Pipeline has a new layout, with Stage-grouped and Kanban views that remember your choice.
  • Investigations open in a drawer or in a full view with replay and evidence side by side.
  • Settings and Help were reorganized: personal, workspace, members, notifications, billing and AI.
  • Capture review in the extension has a new shell and screenshot viewer, and remembers where you send reports.
NewWeb

Direct conversations

Message a workspace member one to one from Direct. Conversations are saved, and you can share an Aproow into a conversation so the other person opens the exact Investigation.

FixedExtension · Web

Long captures upload reliably

  • Long recordings upload in smaller chunks and survive interruptions.
  • Capture review stays open if folders fail to load.
  • Replay controls behave correctly.
  • The selected theme persists after a reload.
NewMCP 0.1.1MCP

Aproow MCP published

Aproow MCP is published as a package. A compatible coding client launches it locally and pairs with your workspace in the browser, then retrieves an Investigation by its B-number.

Set it up in Settings → MCP.
