Back to Aproow Terms & Conditions
Draft · 19 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern access to the Aproow website, browser extension and hosted service. By creating an account or using Aproow, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
Who provides the service
Aproow is provided by [legal entity name and registered address to be added] (“Aproow”, “we”, “us”). Add the governing law, venue and formal notice details before these Terms are treated as final.
Your account and workspace
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for assigning appropriate workspace permissions. Workspace roles and paid plan entitlements are separate.
Your content and permission to process it
You retain your rights in the reports, evidence and other content you submit. You grant Aproow permission to host, reproduce, transmit and process that content only as reasonably needed to provide, protect and support Aproow, including transcribing narration and analyzing submitted evidence to structure reports. You confirm you have the rights and authority needed to submit the content and to permit this processing.
Do not submit passwords, access tokens, private source code or personal information unless you are authorized and the feature specifically requires it. Review captures before submission; replay may include page text and form values. The ZERO CODE default keeps repository source and coding-agent credentials in your Customer Trust Zone.
Acceptable use
Use Aproow lawfully and only with authorization. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, upload malware, violate another person’s rights, or use Aproow to collect information without permission. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or third parties, or to comply with law.
Plans, fees and third-party services
Features and usage limits depend on the plan and policy displayed in Aproow. If a paid feature is offered to you, its price and billing terms will be shown before purchase. Checkout, tax, invoices, cancellation, refunds and payment-provider terms are not yet specified in these Terms; do not rely on this draft as a subscription or payment agreement.
Aproow may connect to third-party services you choose, such as identity, AI, transcription or issue-management providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Your use of a third-party service is also subject to its applicable terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Aproow available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change or discontinue features, with notice where required. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced through Aproow or another appropriate channel. Continued use after an effective change means acceptance where permitted by law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Aproow at any time. Account and workspace deletion options, effects on shared content, and any applicable recovery or backup periods will be described in the product or a final deletion policy. We may suspend or end access for material breach, security risk or legal requirement, and will provide notice where appropriate and lawful.
Intellectual property
Aproow and its software, brand and service materials belong to Aproow or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no ownership transfers to you. Feedback you choose to provide may be used to improve the service without obligation, but this does not grant rights to your submitted reports or evidence beyond the permission above.
Disclaimers and liability
Aproow’s AI-generated analysis may be incomplete or incorrect and is provided to assist review, not replace professional judgment. A human remains responsible for reviewing any proposed plan or change. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The final liability limits, warranties and governing law must be completed for the operating legal entity and applicable jurisdictions.
Contact
For questions about these Terms, email support@aproow.com. The operator’s formal legal contact and registered address must be added before final publication.
