Before you ask.
Do I need a paid plan to run a team?
No. A Free owner can create workspaces and invite people. A plan belongs to each person’s account and applies in every workspace they join, so everyone pays for their own; an owner cannot assign or pay for a teammate’s plan. Owned workspaces share the owner’s account-level usage allowance while their content and authorization stay isolated.
What’s the difference between a persona and an entitlement?
Your persona only shapes onboarding and UX. Your entitlement — Free, Professional or Engineer — controls paid capability. The two are independent: an upgrade is never triggered silently by how you use the product.
Does any plan send my source code to the cloud?
ZERO CODE is the default on every plan. Protected planning runs through your paired Runtime; local analysis can use your selected provider. Managed / Easy is a separately authorised opt-in design, not a silent fallback or a claim of a complete MVP rollout.
What exactly does Engineer unlock?
GitHub and Runtime connections, your own model or API key, Project Intelligence, implementation plans and approval, Trello task processing, and Development with Pipelines. Running an agent does not commit, push or merge automatically.
How does annual billing work?
The standard annual display prices are €109.89 for Professional and €164.89 for Engineer, per member. Current account policy may differ. Purchase and billing terms need separate confirmation.
Which coding agents are supported?
Runtime runs Claude Code or Codex, including Codex with your own OpenAI key. A compatible external AI client can read context through the local STDIO MCP server. The optional cheaper API model handles text-only work, not code fixes.
